Purchased the LX450 since new back in ' 97 but just now I replaced all the parts.
Help me whether I'm miss something on the list;

- New ' 93 - ' 94 radiator (3 cores)
- Canister
- All new radiator hoses and any other hoses as well
- All new 7 oil pump screws
- Thermostat
- Water Pump, gasket
- Mean Green alternator
- New reservoir
- Front Crankshaft Seal
- Oil Pump Seal
- Idler pulley
- AC Pulley

I'm sorry I just very tired today, will continue tomorrow drop the tranny and replace the rest of it,

- Rear Main Seal
- Automatic Transmission Filter
- Rear axle, seal, etc...
- Service all the brake calipers
- JDM oil cooler
- JDM Automatic transmission cooler
- Torque Converter Seal

Thank you very much for all the parts CDan, also Thank you to Ed Mace in Shipping all the parts arrived here in good condition although some of the stuff quiet heavy. But no damage at all -I'm one your happy customer.

Also Romer ( Ken ) or Reffug ( Jamie ) the first the pic's I posted actually it's good to have it in FAQ to let other members know it's impossible to remove the old OEM radiator bolt without removing the battery tray.

Please let me know whether I'm missing something on the list that I need to replace..if you mention the Headgasket I will not replace until next year ' 07.Im planning to pull the 1FZ motor out and replace the rings, pistons, etc... and finally Slee Turbo.

Thank you again to all.

You can't have replaced all the parts, you still have the original Frame.

I will post a link to this inside cary's thread that I already linked to the FAQ.

If you, cary and whoever else want to develop a comprehensive thread on radiator replacement like the front axle rebuild, I will use that one in the FAQ instead.

LX_TREME,
One thing that I would also do at the same time is the fan clutch.

In random order:

Airbags
Power steering pump, hoses, box & reservoir
Ignitor, coil, distributor
All vacuum hoses
Injectors
EGR, EGR modulator, EGR pipe
Windshield fluid diverter valve

I am sure others will add more ....

How long are airbags good for anyways? Isn't it like 5 year lifespan?

Replaced them last year except,

Airbags
Power steering pump, hoses, box & reservoir
Injectors

Thank you, I'll keep those in mind.

holy crap dude! You are a maintence whore! LOL

I'm in Pasadena and I've never seen your truck unfortunately. Maybe I can get your old parts, I bet they are newer than my new parts! ;)

my air bags should be inspected at the 10 year interval.

LX, just curious if you are replacing parts for preventative maintenance, or things are going bad? Looks like you have dropped some serious money on your rig, but it looks good.

So how's the "blue hub" working for you?

Let me tell you its is not so easy to replace a radiator in a 94 FZJ....

Why is that? Maybe not the first time, but you'll remember the second time that no matter how hard you try, removing the battery tray(s), grill and headlights make the job easier.
