bone stock, on 15 inch rims, all original flares and flaps intact (although the right rear is about ready to fall off).
Might throw them on to play in the snow this weekend.
I have no problem with the 22-R, I just wanted to try something different, and this engine is toasted. It was a replacement 22R. A diesel would be hecka cool, anyone know where to find one in Washington State??? I just want to get this beast running again. The snow is flying up here, well it...
Well, I did a search, but nothing good came up, So I am asking here. Haven't posted on here in a LONG while. Here is the scoop, I have an 87 Toyota standard cab 4x4, bed is bobbed, fenders chopped, with a toasted engine. I am looking for something that will give me a little more oomph, as it...
Are the valves numbered from front to back 1-12 ? or is it different? 7 &9 doing as Jim suggests moves the screws all the way out of the guides.

well, i paid about 140+ shipping for it about 4 weeks ago from a cruiser parts vendor. Not trying to make any money on it,just tryingto unload it, and not lose my arse. it is in good working order, and has new hoses
I have a rear heater and new hoses that I aqcuired for my 70 fj40, that does not hook up to my supposedly aftermarket front heater, or at least I do not see the lines to hook it to. besides not being able to find a hook up place, I am selling my fj40, and do not want to hook the heater up...

well, the 93+ are all recommended at 93, i have noticed up to 4 mpg highway, but usually 1 or so. on highway trips it would be almost worth it, but you need to start the tank be fore the trip, for some reason, not when u leave.

SOA would be ideal, but the wife and I are both college students now, and time and money are both a scarce. I know that SOA can be done fairly inexpensively, if you have the right materials, and some ultra mechanical friends with all the right equiptment, but the BTB springs are less than some...
Ok, I did a search on the forum to no avail. Any suggrstions on 4 inch springs, I have been sort of looking at the BTB Legend springs, the HFS 4", but read some bad stuff sbout this on the forum here, or maybe the downey springs. I was wondering if anyone had any expereince with the BTB...
i kind of like my 3 on the tree also. Of course I am running the stock F. But I am still thinking of running a sm420 with my stocker F. If I do go 350 again, I am seriously considering a 700r4, a littl emore foot friendly, and the lug factor is greatly improved.

either a toyota 4 spd, or either the sm420 or sm465, unless you want to go to the 700R4, the caddy of the auto trannies since it is out a a vette, it should bolt up nice and it has a really low 1st gear.
