I have one from my '99 LX470 that you can have for shipping cost. I don't know if the tape player works because I never used it. I have this vague recollection that the CD player did not work but I can't remember for sure. It has been at least 5 years since it was used.
I have a fairly worn seatbelt set out of my 1980 FJ40 if you are interested. I don't think I have the bolts or the small plastic trim covers for the jump seat belts.

Crossing the creek usually is no big deal. If there is water and it is not clear how deep, just wait until someone else crosses to get an idea of how deep and it will also give you an idea of a route to follow.
