I’m curious as to why you don’t want to rock the poly ones. Energy Suspension has supplied me with many bushings for many different applications, with no complaints.
3.4 best case fix. In the mean time establish the basics:
Compression test: is it even holding air? Is fuel dumping into your oil? You could also drain the oil and look for fuel at the bottom of the pan.
Long start/crank to run? Would indicate possibly leaking injectors. Or somewhat unrelated...
It would depend on the number of wafers in the lock cylinder. If you can compare two keys or get the key code off a cylinder of both types, you can decode it and determine the “length.” The code, at least on the trucks & runners are located on the passenger door cylinder only.
Good info. Napa can’t locate the rear bearing by size? It would be cool if you got it cleaned up and working. If the AC works- WOW! Definitely worth saving operation.

I think somewhere in this forum's FAQ is a link to an incredible speed & rpm calculator. There's pre programmed trans & transfercase ratios that can all be formulated with different axle gears and tire sizes. I haven't used it in years, but IIRC it is on the FAQ.
