Well... oddly unplugging the 3 pin connector (B) has seemingly fixed all issues. SGND LMT PLS
I don’t quite understand how the limit switch and pulse sensor work and how they might lead to my malfunctions.
Clearly this isn’t fixing the root cause but it is nice that I have a functioning window...
I’m going crazy trying to solve this. My driver front window has a mind of its own. Was hoping someone here may have a tip or two.
Read through a number of threads on this, can’t quite figure it out - most conclude either master switch or harness.
Ordered a new master switch from Switch Dr on...
I went and looked at my order. I think the distributor to block oring ended up being included. I may have sourced some other gaskets more locally which will make them harder to find in my email.

The above is obviously more than you need for just the head gasket but may be worth snagging and diving a little deeper while the heads off and its easy to get to things.

Its easy...
The bottom end is stout in these rigs but you start getting up there and the head could use a refresh and with as many cases of blown hgs there are I think its more likely than not to surface - at some point.
My 97 blew about 2 weeks into owning it. When I bought it, it was dark and so I dipped...
Expanding on my last post:
3/16 is really close to what the stock toyota lines are, in fact you can use the same line nuts on either. 3/16 is also, IMO, adequate for 1 ton disc brakes. Just use a mini tubing cutter and cut off the ends of the yota lines, purchase correct size nuts for your...
I ran 3/16 line and put corresponding line nuts. Basically the same size as stock toyota brake lines. Double flare is easy with the right tool.
