I towed a a very heavy vehicle on my 2H up and down that crows nest road...Princeton. 2nd gear uphill...slow and steady and the temp gauge never moved. She’s a good engine if you know how to treat her.
The engine is very reliable. Mine has only 286,000 on it, but its taken me lots of places with no issues. The 24 volts starts that thing up like nothing else I own, literally half a crank sometimes, even in the coldest mountain weather. I'm finally selling mine though...spring hanger broke again...
Never thought I’d see the day...but it’s finally happened. The Cruiser has been boringly dependable, mechanically. It’s reliably taken me on numerous hunting trips into the BC backcountry with some super low temps up in the mountains and nary a hiccup.
But that rust was getting to me, and...
I use the Noco Gen 2 dual bank charger. Works well. its supposed to be able to mount inside the engine compartment. Haven't mounted it yet, but since I use the military type battery terminals, its a cinch for me to simply attach the charger and leave it running when the truck is not in use.

Maple Ridge. Talk to Kurt or Don. Kurt was really knowledgeable on batteries especially and spent over an hour bringing out all...
Ok, I went back to CT, spoke to the service manager there and they refunded the money for the battery I got. AND, they're going to order fresh batteries for me in a pair and warranty them in a pair. The manager was kinda surprised that my original pair were not warranties together. He rightly...
I thought CT would do that too, but well, apparently not. And if one of their better lines of batteries last less than 2 years, I might as well try something else.

Well just reporting to the contrary. The CT Nautilus Group 27 that I bought in Feb 2014 as a PAIR, has had one gone dead on me. Less than 2 years.
Took it in to CT and was told that there was no way they were going to exchange both batteries because one is dead. AND I have to pay $120 for a...
