Stock share must be tanking due to this!
Yes, big dealer who is trying to stonewall me. I want nothing other than my truck back. They broke it so they should stand behind their work.
Funny thing is I coached the president of the companies son. I am tempted to call him and ask him to tell his...
So my dream truck, 2014 Tundra Crewmax TRD, blew the head gasket at 130,000 miles. Lithia had been the only shop to touch the motor so I stuck with them for the HG job and had both HG’s replaced. Got the truck back and thought I was gtg. But, 50290 miles later the HG blew on the other side of...
We have the 12x15 “cabin“ with an enclosure. That tent has seen some good duty including a fly in back country hunt where everything froze solid. The best thing is canvas doesn’t get hot on early season hunts. Canvas tents rock!
I have an instinct and my previous watch was a Suunto Core. The gps feature on my Instinct watch never gets used. As an outdoor watch it is good and the battery life is great. I think the Core did everything I ever needed with a better user interface. With that said my Instinct is on my wrist...
I had an engel years ago and it worked perfectly. Used it for traveling and carrying frozen goods. Was a real treat to pull ice cream out for the kids after a 6 hour grind on the road. I am not familiar with the Luna product.
Good luck!
With a month of driving on the new lift here are my comments:
Ride is exponentially better than the TRD suspension was even new. The best way to describe it is very connected to the road. I have driven this quite a bit in one of the orchards which have rough to almost non existent roads. Even...
I installed the SPC UCA’s with their supplied ball joint. I slid the ball join out as far as possible for clearance and the alignment shop aligned with the LCA adjustment points. Drives like a charm.
Got the install done today. Ride is much improved and the truck is now much closer to level. Handling is night and day better! Install went very smooth with the exception of the lower shock bolt on DS. Not sure what the deal was but the bolt would stop half way through the bushing where the...
I finally pulled the trigger on the OME lift. Got the 612 springs since I don’t have a bumper or plan to get one. Added the UCA’s so I don’t have alignment issues. Looking forward to regaining control of the Tundra. FWIW, 170,000 miles is too long on the stock trd suspension.
Guys, a buddy of mine has an 80 that is in need of a BIRF job. I can’t do it with my load so I am trying to find a reputable person to do it for him. Can anyone point me to someone?
Thanks!
