Installed an OME 2" heavy/medium lift and replaced all my 240k bushings this week. It was a fairly easy job with a new 20 ton press in the tool pouch.
The difference of driveability is freaking outstanding!! The springs were so worn that my bump stops were only an 1 1/4" from the axles. I gained...
Get an electronic manual for it, search the forum and they are for sale on here. I like mine! Is your check engine light on? kinda sounds like a very bad O2 sensor. When they go bad, the computer will make the fuel mixture rich as opposed to lean. Safer that way.
Mine would come on then go off after a few minutes, then two weeks later the alternator died hard. I got a 130 amp tundra alternator off ebay and upgraded. Love the new alternator!! Take your alternator off and take it to a starter/alternator shop, most will test it for free. Good luck!
Got the 130 amp Tundra alternator installed today after building the bottom bracket and slightly modifying the stock upper bracket. I got the 2003 plug and wires and got everything wired up and it works amazingly well! Lucy is now cranking out 14.6V at idle with everything on.
I had a machinist do a bit of cutting on the back of the 91 alternator pulley to fit the 130, and just got done building my bracket for the 130 lower mount, will fit it up this weekend and swap my wires to the 130 plug and hopefully everything works well! Had the 130 bench tested at 140 amps...
I went out and looked at mine last night before I posted and it is a larger 1/2" hose. The rocker panels have oval holes in the bottom to drain anything out of them.
The front sunroof drains empty into the rocker panels on each side. The rear sunroof drains go down into the rear quarter panels and out the bottom on both sides right behind the inner fender.
I ran weed eater line through mine to make sure they were clean.
