You guys may enjoy the tread I started over on Club Lexus, the criteria was people had to have upsized tires on stock wheels, but with no lift.

I have seen people use a heat gun for the more utilitarian plastics (in the trunk area). people have gotten fairly big scratches out by heating up the plastic. check out this link

never tried it myself though.
I would be looking at the refreshed version (I think 2014+ you should check though) 30k seems like too much money for that rig seeing as we bought a 2019 last September for 45k with 10K miles, so that 6 years and 65k less miles only cost 15 grand. this being said I know that used vehicle prices...
I created this thread over on GXOR, pretty useful, I ended up going with 275/65R18 Hankook AT2 RF11 No rub after I replaced the "Pesky" bolt.

For New England that rust would be considered zero issue. a wire brush and some rust neutralizer would clean that up in a half day. then spray it down with some undercoating.
I just purchased this rear camera washer, I have not installed yet but it seems like an easy mod and if it works it'll definitely solve the issue i was having with the rear camera getting caked over!

Easy, Hankcook DynaPro ATM RF10. I have literally put these on 3 different Land Cruisers and 2 4Runners ranging from 265/70R17 to 275/55/20's and they always ride great on the road, plenty of snow traction in the winter work well for light off roading, last for ever and look great!
I would just go on Ebay and buy a new one, last time i looked the 99-05's were around 100 bucks a side. the 05+ years have a bunch of aftermarket brand like Depo that are all over Ebay.
I have run 305 70R16's on both my 80 series and my current 100 series, no issues with rubbing. I did however put on spacers to widen the stance a bit on both trucks but neither would have needed the spacers in order to facilitate the tires.
