    Don't i know it...... lots of good conversation in this thread!! yet my post adds nothing.... so here's my .02 as previously mentioned by others in the thread, verify in fact your head gasket is blown.... chemistry test in coolant/compression test.... create a spreadsheet and track your part...

    I am in the process of of swapping mine, using a LQ4, 4L80E and Marks adapter, Its been slow going, life gets in the way but I'm focusing on getting it done now, can't wait to get it done..... hopefully tacking motor mounts this week.........

    Blue fan clutch, radiator and pulleys were done in 2017 along with CV axles, steering rack has not been touched, AHC works without issue, globes have not been replaced.
