Ok so getting ready to do the frame rivets, have everything I need here. Just have to try a few test pieces with different size lengths and hols sizes.
I know I have said I was going to start this in the spring, but life always gets in the way sometimes. I finally have enough time and room to get this started..I will be ordering the rivets from a supply house and bucking them in the same fashion as factory. I will try to document the results...

about 7 years ago I parted a 61 FST the only thing I have left are the fenders. I was told from some that the later fj25 was the same with a few minor differences.

I know that the one I have on my stock 73 decal was similar to this, I saved it and will dig it out tonight. I know mine was different than what was available. I want to say the rpm was the only thing that was off.
Proved this out. Ill send them out tomorrow. For others interested in doing this. Insert the 6 spline drive gear in the new housing with one inside shim. Then put on the bronze spacer (backside or outside) then the matching old style snap ring.
There is plenty of clearance to the spindle...
