I have Michelin beam blades. Similar to the RainX and Bosch, etc. I have no problems with them, and I also use them on my Subaru.
I would also have to agree that it looks like the wiper arm is not making the full sweep in your video. Try normal blades and see if anything changes?

The lower the percentage # the less light passes through the tint film. So 20% is pretty dark. It gets me pulled over with a tint ticket in PA if I run it on the front DS and PS windows. Not sure what the tint percentage is for the factory glass.
35% or lighter for me. A 20% tint is pretty dark...
