I can't give you a size. This one was suitable for the space and leaving parts of the radiator open for air flow.
I would suggest you measure the space you feel comfortable installing into and find an intercooler to suite.
The spring will come in light, medium and heavy duty. If you intend to run a winch, bull bar etc then install the heavy duty springs; highest load rating.
For castor correction up.to 2" should not need the correction, although if the kit has them, then fit.

Previously I was under Koni Heavy Tracks. Not specifically made for a 4" lift of a kzj...but we measured and used. If not mistaken they were 80 series regular length shocks. Still good after 10years.
I've had a few brands of shocks over the years and I must say the OME nitrocharger were by far the best iin terms of performance, life expectancy etc. Currently have the tough dog adjustable foam shocks and they have been 'ok', however after 7 yrs they are severely rusted and I view its time to...
Presently I have a 4", 100mm, lift on my 70 SWB, coils all round.
Time to replace the shocks. Currently have Tough Dog foams and I don't want them again.
The shocks I would much prefer are the OME Nitrocharger's.
Has anyone fitted OME Nitrochargers on a 4", 100mm, lift?

Your turbo dump pipe should be redone so you dont have the factory restriction. A 2.5" or 3" exhaust would help. But you can do that later, just play with your boost setting and see how is the performance.
My power came in at about 2200rpm.
I have a 4" lift and using castor correction bushes. I don't have any problems.
Where would you fit castor correction plates? You mean these I take it, Caster Plate Kit to suit Landcruiser 105 Series
