    Fuel Pump Question

I searched the archives, but could not find what I'm looking for. Two days ago my 97 Cruriser (87K miles) ran perfectly until late in the day I noticed a very slight stutter when stepping on the accelerator - almost like it was going to cut out. Yesterday I go to start my truck and I heard this...

Is there something wrong with my rear window defrost switch?

The light "lights-up" when I push it "ON". But when it is not in use there is a black spot on the dash so when it's dark you wouldn't even know that a switch was there. I'm just wondering if I have to replace the switch or, like said, are all 80 Cruisers like this, and I just never noticed it...

Is there something wrong with my rear window defrost switch?

All of my interior switches light-up when my lights are on...I think. I recently noticed that my rear window defrost switch Light does light-up when I press it on like it is supposed to. But when the switch is not depressed the icon does not light-up like all of my other switches. Is this normal...

    Kaymar opinions

I've had my Kaymar for over a year now and love it. I have the swing away rear tire carrier and the swing away jerry can carrier. Both are VERY stable. For my use (expedition type wheeling) I think it's great. For rock crawling there are much better options. Can't comment on the towing as I have...

    Big lights, big winch

I've been wanting to mount some Hella 4000's as well. How is the tab attached to the bumper? Is the tab welded on to the ARB or bolted onto the existing tab? Elaborate on the tabs and mounting the lights please. Thanks.

    Behold... the anti-cruiser

What driving lights do you have mounted on your ARB bumper. They look like Hella 4000's? If so how'd you get them to fit. I placed one on the mounting tab and the light hit the top bar.

    Pic as promised

Congrates on the new ride neighbor. I bought mine bone stock a few years ago and it's undergone quite the metamorphosis. I started with removal of the running running boards, then 285 tires, then a lift, then an arb, then a kaymar, etc. It's been fun. When your ready to take it off road let me...

    Seattle Shop

I have found the folks at Aurora Auto Center to be knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. I highly recommend them. No I don't work there, but I take my cruiser there and have always had superior service. Another place is Pacific Rim Automotive off off Stone Way in Seattle. I know the owner has an 80.

    Kaymar latch handle cover

I have a Kaymar rear bumper and for the expedition type wheeling I do it's great. However, I'd like to coat the handle of the latch with something but I'm not sure what to use. It would be easier on the hands if it was coated (especially when it's cold out and no gloves) plus I think it would...

    Window Screens

Well worth the price if you want to sleep in a bug free environment with the windows down. I think they're polycarbonate because they're very flexible. But hell they could just as well be ABS for all I know. I had them in place through out the summer and there has been no warpage. Looking...

    Window Screens

Thought I'd post some pics of the window screens I got from Mot. They are excellent quality and work well. I kept them in place for 2 months through the summer. You can easily open and close the window while they are in place. The ones I have are folding so they're a bit more compact. You simply...

Hands are still shaking (side indicator install)

How difficult is it to wire these things up? Are the US 80s wired up to "plug and play" after it's installed onto the body or do you have to splice into the wiring harness? No body has answered the bare metal edge treatment question exactly yet. Will touch up paint work or do you you...

Finally - Photos from the AlCan

I'd possibly be interested having more made as I still have the pattern. I can take photos of those too to show the setup. Honestly there may be better option out there such as try a motorhome accessory shop. There are apparenty OEM curtains that you can get fro Japan but are hard to come by...
