If you get the kit from FROR you don't move the caliper to the front. You move the threaded holes the OLD caliper bolted to around to the front. Then you install the Bracket from Front Range so you can mount the Tacoma caliper on the back.
If you want to upgrade your brakes to Tacoma Calipers/rotors and push your stance out a bit then doing this will make it a snap to change the birfs and not have to deal with bearings.

Then you would:
remove locking hub face
remove snap ring from spline
unbolt 8 spindle...

My buddy is manager at o'reilly. I just went in and told him i needed studs for the front of a 92 toyota truck (donor vehicle) and compared the old with the new once he pulled them out. He was a couple shy of what i needed so i'll be passing by later on to pick up the rest. I'll see about...
Turned down to fit the rotors and got some new Bling.
Might give them a little bit of wire wheel loving later on too.
Lugs were $1.30 a-piece and turning was free. The machinist at work did it for me.
If he need computer work done i hok him up... if i need uber-cool stuff with metal...

Haven't put all the bolts in yet because my RTV wasn't nearby and my hub are being turned down as we speak... i just wanted to do a dry fit and see how tings worked out. here are a couple pics of a few bolts in to hold everything.
I re-read the OP. I see that you said that now. I have been mocking up mine with the FROR kit all day so that's what is on my mind. Gonna get the HUBs turned down tomorrow hopefully.
