So here is what are starting with. It had been sitting for months. We put a battery in it and a new fusible link and it fired right up. No to do all the PM items. He wants to change the headlights a grille to the 4Runner sealed beams. I have some parts left over from a second gen so we are going...
Well I have begun the Toyota love madness how ever you want to say it with my oldest son. I picked up a 92 extra cab pickup. He is stoked that he has a truck to start playing with. He is 12 and has already wheeled my 80 a couple times now its time for him to learn to build and break one. This...
I have the stock height suspesion on my wifes80 and it rides great. Not floating all over the road like the stock stuff it a little hard around town but nothing that would change my mind about installing it.Just my OP
It would be nice to build off some of the more challenging areas that the pipline already offers. Not so much the mile deep mud holes but the rocks and other climbs that are there. From what I have seen in the past at other work days the biggest issue is shedding water as it leads to the pipe...
I'm having some parts for the new cruiser I told you about shipped to me from Colorado from a parts truck I could ask about the wheels and what the shipping difference would be.
Started some the PM items on the truck. Installed new rear rotors since no one every seems to change them. Installed new ceramic brake pads. Reinstalled the third row seats since they have never been in the truck since new. The other stuff i would have done is all ready done all synthetic fluids...

Is there a way to get a notification of when these events are taking place. I have done them in the past and now that it appears the pipeline is closed for the most part i would like to get more involved.

No but the more I think about it the truck used to run very poorly in the rain and I did replace the cap rotor and the plugs and wires. Maybe one of the plug wires is not seated all the way and it is not making a good connection all the time.
I don't think thats it because I have never noticed it before this trip and I have driven the unit in higher elevations before last week. Could it have anything to do with my snorkel that is really the only thing that has changed since my last trip. This is mt second Land Cruiser between the two...
