Update! I painted this over ten years ago. Wanted to let you guys know that the paint still looks good! Sadly, I sold the Cruiser. As luck would have it the gentleman got back to me with these current pictures. Cheers!
Keep up the good work Mike. Finding a Rust free Cruiser is near impossible these days... Bud Built corners are the best IMHO. Fit great, look great, and TOUGHER than HELL!
Bounced over to Pirate4x4 as I often do and found that Jeremy has been flaming the entire forum over the actions of a few... My 71' FJ40 - Pirate4x4.Com Bulletin Board
I accept my responsibility in turning on him. His post #92 seemed a bit inappropriate. Telling the forum "You guys...
Looks like you would have to remove the seats. I think the only way I would pay the money for the molded PVC mats is if I had my interior bed lined. That way I would not worry about what moisture is lurking under the mat. I think if you where bed lined and had those mats, that would be an...
I will check to see if the wires are crossed on mine or not. Not sure what year of wiper assembly I got from Mark's offroad? Maybe some years are wired crossed and some are straight? I guess we will have to just go out and take a look! Thanks. Mark

I have a buddy who paid big $$ for a professional to paint his forty and it looks amazing... He only drives it in the summer and wont take it off road. He told me that all the work he has done has effectively made it a show car. I would probably stress out every time I drove my cruiser in the...
So looking at the switch, if I swap my LW wire with the LR wire will that turn the motor off when pushed in? That will have to wait for a test and see tomorrow. (LW=Bluewhite,LR= Bluered)
Well I finally have my wipers installed and working!!:bounce: I followed Coolerman's wiring write up: Wiper Wiring Science
Using that write up, I hooked up the new switch and wiper assembly. I then reconnected the battery and VOILA!! Wipers where going crazy! One problem... The switch was...
I have a Painless wiring harness and I like this kit. I have seen them used in a lot of really nice rigs and have not heard anything negative. That being said I am sure any new harness would be awesome. Good luck. Mark
