I adapted my table saw mobile base to fit it. It must weigh 90 lbs. with the stand.

Try going to a place that screen prints t-shirts. They will typically have a spot cleaning gun.
It's designed for plastisol inks, but I've used one successfully on sharpie ink and pen ink.
I've had to use a combination of TRE puller AND pickle fork to get mine off. The pickle fork, in my case, did damage the rubber boot. I replaced both steering link ends as well as TRE's shortly after.
The wheels do not have to be off the ground.
