Hi All,
Looking for a stock 100 series, either land cruiser or LX470 in the Boulder Denver area. These seem to go quickly in this area. I am looking for something ideally in the <150,000 mileage range, no preference on year or color. I would prefer to go private sale from someone who has a...
Hey all,
I have never been able to use keyless entry on my 1996 FZJ.
Details on my rig below:
RS3000 unit, I just replaced it with another unit from a mud member parting out.
Bought a FOB off a mud member: Black remote, BAB237131-013
I have the instructions and have followed them. I think...
Sorry to hear about the crash, beautiful rig. I will take the keyless entry ECU (under the driver's seat) and any fobs that work with it, if they are still available. I would need you to ship them to 80301. Let me know, I will PM you.
Yup, I have pulled my tent trailer up both sides, I hate the east approach. I can do about 30-40 mph going west and going east I can barely hold 25. I get about 9 mpg all around pulling the trailer so I imagine it's at 5 mpg or under up both sides of the tunnel.
These trucks are worthless...
I got thoroughly worked over at the border for having bear spray, this was pre 9/11 as well, so be careful how handle that one. I didn't catch how far north you were planning on going.
I have been far more impressed by the southern sections of AK and also Jasper/Banff/Squamish/Whistler...
Ok, I posted this last summer I believe. I thought I had this solved by tightening the belts but it has gotten worse. The AC compressor looks like it is locking up causing the belt to slip which results in a horrible loud screaming/squealing noise. I put a video I took last year from it, this...
The same logic applies to the shop. For them to do right and hook you up with a new cheap hub is peanuts to them compared to the 4/5K bikes they sell. If they are a reputable shop they should take care of you and not give you any crap about washing your bike.
I wash my bikes all the time...
Are you guys using a 3/4" 30mm socket or using an adapter? I am getting the tools ready for this job, was wondering if I will snap a 1/2"-3/4" adaptor, I may just give it a whirl with the 1/2" socket.
These are my bump it offroad sliders, I need to get them tack welded because they will move (but not bend) when you bash on them.
I used the stock front flap that is meant for stock running boards and used a heat gun to mold it around the 2x6 sliders. It came out pretty good.
That part of the market is the most popular so of course it's the most expensive. For that price, I think for a yeti you would need to get a 575 or asr7, the sb66 is crazy expensive.
The nomad is a good choice, I would focus on something used to get into that pricepoint. Transition...
Mine seem great in the snow. As with all beams I get some star wars effect when in severe blowing snow but the low beams are far better than any stock lamp or any type of foglight combo I have driven with.
I think by the time I get done with all the engine mods, it would have been cheaper just to buy a higher mileage suburban to add to the fleet, which is my plan in the next couple years.
