You can use the same exact bearings and hubs. They are fully interchangable. Note that the IFS hub 'clutch' will have a different spline count and cannot be used on the landcuiser. The hub outer housings and dial are the same. The red color of the hub dial helps indicate it's IFS spline count...

I am two rear FJ62 semi-float rear axle housings sitting around that need to be removed. I also have about 6-8 rear semi float axles shafts long and short sides. I upgraded to a rear FZJ80 axle years ago and need the semi float stuff gone.
Both have been setup for SOA with perches welded on so...

Very time intensive and painstaking. I spent a weekend replacing it and the front crank pulley gasket. Blah.
Similar headache as changing a starter on a V8 4Runner / LC motor.
Grenaded my 8" rear differential this weekend on my 2008 V8 4x4 4Runner. Looking to replace the differential or the complete axle. So far salvage yards are asking $500 for a diff or $1500 for a rear axle complete.

I swapped my A440F years ago and the light stayed on. I was lazy and never looked into it. You are on the right path with the sensor and wiring. If you don't have the A440F service manual let me know and I can give you a dropbox link.
