cut the old drier apart- see if dessicant bag broke - not common but it is exactly what happened to mine- you'd guess expansion valve and there was some dessicant there- the rest were in the firewall liquid line bends- a horrible job...

underside very clean all bolts came off with hand tools-
Running boards were so rust free a lister bought them for his rig...
just got beat up for a month on the same thing
old dryer failed threw dessicant all through the rear liquid line especially the firewall line
flush will not cure this had to use compressed nitrogen and air for an hour back and forth
with tapping vibrating etc to free bad clog
that evaporator...
while wiring trailer converter i found a blue plug w/ 5 pins in it - 1 which is pk lights but others are not for turn signals and i'm pretty sure there was no fact trailer harness hook up on a 93. what was this for do you think?
plus found this mini vacuum type line not attached to anything...
no... whole box needs to be removed and separated in half... search for good write up and pics somewhere here...
thanks for advice but since you have to vac/charge to test valve each time - i am going to replace w/ new.... 25 bucks is not worth the backache ..
