Ignore them and remind yourself that you drive one of the finest four wheel drives to roll the planet. Hell, I've had people thank me for keeping my Pig on the road. How many Jeep drivers have heard a sentiment like that?
Amazing, that engine bay is the cleanest I've ever seen. Hoping you aren't the jealous type, htownfire because I lust after your girl and am nothing but envious. ;)
If you do this, make sure your water pump pulley lines up first. Don't be a Pedro and install first then realize you dorked it all up. Everthigs gotta match, alignment, groove size..........sigh.

Another concern is the fit between the pressed in bearings and the hinge stay. Have you checked to see if the hinge will reassemble? iirc there is only .070 clearance total. I'm...
If your W hole is too tight the ID of the bushing will collapse when inserted leaving the hole too small for the pin. If this happens you 'might' be able to ream the hole out with an 8mm drill bit but be carefull.
What Tom said. Also, what might have happened is your dizzy cap got wet and cracked from the sudden change in temp. You might or might not be able to see these cracks. Start her up and check for acring by veiwing the idling motor in the dark.
