I 'm looking for the part#'s for the throttle body coolant hoses. I believe bypass hose #1 and #3. Not #2 as I believe that is the PHH.
Also would like validation that these two are the hoses that one would change when RR'ing the valve cover gaskets.
It really depends on your rig and feel.
Me, I'm on 35's with 3.5" of lift. I'd say my trailer (1500 lbs) is roughly at the max at what I would safely tow loaded with gear inside my 80.

I'm having the same issue. But it seems to be that the door itself is the source. The carpet on my doorcards were soaked and were dripping onto the floor. I haven't addressed it yet, but I will. Try cleaning the door drains near the bottom of the door. 20 years of dirt has probably clogged them.

the mdf alone won't do much in terms of removing metal. Just some polishing action, probably somewhere near the equivalent to a strop. You're going to need the knife to be beveled before and maybe add some polishing compound to the mdf.
