My truck idles very rough when in gear, place it in neutral or park and idle is fine ?? I have checked for vac leaks, cleaned throttle body, Im thinking now possibly transmission mounts?? engine mounts are new. any one have any ideas
I did remove one leaf from the rear Packs. I was able to move my torsion bars back to stock position. the ball joint spacers gave me roughly 1.5-2 in lift in front and the leafs in the rear gave 2-3 in of lift. I would say the ride is what a stock 4runner would be nothing more or less.
Any one ever use a different nut on that adjusting bolt?? I have the old style with the 1 1/2 in thick brass nut with a lock nut on top of that. If I use a shorter nut I can make things work.
I just installed some ball joint spacers and need to crank down my T-bars. I have one side exactly where I want it but the other side is loosened to the point that I have no threads left for the lock nut on top and I still need to crank it down more to get it to equal the other side. any one...
