My son has moved to New Jersey (Chatham NJ area) and he has a LX470. He is having electrical problems with it and needs to take it to a mechanic. Lexus will charge him a arm and a leg to work on it. Does anyone know a decent mechanic in Northern New Jersey that can work on a LX470?
I was thinking battery also. Poor truck is from Georgia and moved to Jersey on the coldest day is 50 years back in January. It also had to stay outside all winter but now has a garage. Maybe age and this past winter have weakened the battery.
