Was looking through Craigslist last week and saw a 96 80 series for sale with lockers for 6k. Thought it might be a good deal but then saw it stated it was missing a front bumper. Then I remembered I had that bumper David Davis gave me about 2 years ago. Sent the guy an e-mail telling him I had a free bumper for him. He was shocked to say the least and thought I was a scam artist. The next day he drove down and I met him and handed it over. He had never experienced anything like it. I told him that is cruiser Karma.

He said if anyone in the club was looking for a cruiser he would try to give them a better price.

I think it had something like 200k on it. I bet he wuld take 5000-5500 cash for it.

That's an Asheville phone number and it looks like from craigslist its a guy named Richard and its a 96 white with grey leather. The ads have been cancelled so it may be sold. I will keep an eye out for a white 96 with a green front bumper! I still have the rear under my house . . . .

I had the stock trailer hitch off my hundy on Mud for sale for almost nothing and never got a bite. Finally on garbage day one day I dragged it down to the curb, went in a checked on Mud and sure enough at least 6 months after I posted it, a guy asks if I still have it. He's flying into Atlanta on business and wanted to take a look.

Told him I'd drag it up the driveway, gave him my address and said he could have it if he could get it on the plane. He picked it up, had the hotel wrap it up and he checked it through to Boston... it's sitting on his truck now as far as I now.

Cruiser karma is awesome!
