Monthly Meeting and Wrench A Thon Trollhole style

That's right. It's time for a monthly meeting. All you slackers missed out on the last one so you have no excuse to miss this because I'm giving you almost a whole weeks notice.

What can you expect?

Starting Sat around 9am. I know most of your cruisers don't like being touched unless they are in the company of cruisers in worse shape than them. Well I have that covered because I have two broken cruisers and one without A/C. Your cruiser will look like it just rolled off the showroom floor compared to mine.

So we start at 9am sharp. If you show up late well you will just have to catch up with the rest of us. If you have something you need to get done or looked at this is the time. Will I help you fix it you say? No! You have two hands you can fix it. But what I do have time for is to tell you what to do. And I do have a few tools you can borrow as long as you will put them back. Plus there should be a heck of a lot of other cruiser heads there to lend a hand and some brain power. If you have nothing to do and want to learn or break something I have plenty for you to do as well I'm sure other do also. If your completely lazy like the Cuban you can just sit in your chair you brought and do nothing but drink and taunt us.

Did I mention you need to get there at 9am? Brain power goes down from that time until the time for the MEETING. That's right there will be a meeting. You will get to hear from our BOD about all the cool things going on in the club. You can ask all the questions you want. If your coming from out of town and are planning on bringing the family just know there will be nothing for them to do but wrench or taunt us until 6pm. What I would suggest is you bring them but have them kick you out at my house and go downtown and have lunch and see all the cool stuff down there and maybe even catch a movie. If they still don't have enough to do I'll give them the key to the pool and they can go hang out there.

Meeting starts around 6pm. What will I be doing for you? Not much. I'll make sure the bathroom is clean and I have ice in the coolers. But that's about it. The house is not going to be clean even though the maid will have come this Thursday. My 3 year old will make sure you have plenty to trip over. My wife has been pregnant for 7 months now. She has known she has been pregnant for 7 months. She blames the past 7 months on me daily. Soon to be hourly. I on the other hand have been spending way to much time in the garage trying to kill myself getting my cruiser ready then to worry about how anyone feels about my house.

So what's for dinner? What ever you are bringing. I've got a grill and a stove a giant cooler with ice and a table. The rest is up to you. I'm sure with all the great cooks we have in the club we all can manage something that everyone would like to eat.

So if you are going to come post up and let me know if I to need to put a pair of shorts on without any holes in them. Let me know what you are bringing and how many of you there are. lol.

Will be a lot of fun.

Lol. It was a good day. I was just trying to be funny and honest all rolled into one. Hey at least my wife laughed when I read it to her.

Oh and expect a copy and paste of the same thing in an e-mail. I'll make sure I make it sound like an e-mail and not a post on a forum.

I kid because I love. Not having ever seen you reveal any but good attitude I knew it was jest.

Going to Cola Sat before I miss the Turner to Cezanne show at the art museum.
If you'll PM me an addy we'll stop by on the way home barring a veto.

Also will pick up the wire.

Very well John got to learn how to bend tube and strip paint. Good time today. Had a good turnout. Was great to see Mary and Alan. Even did a little wrenching on his clutch. It's going to need to be replaced soon.

Alan and myself were like two little boys planning what he needed to do to swap it over to a 4 speed.

Great seeing Chuck and John as well and even saw Wild Bill today.

Weather was awesome and the burgers were not burned.
