Garage
I e-mailed you about a month ago. Won't be a problem. Just need to know the ducting you need. I can only buy up to 5 tons also.

Straight air, gas, heat pump?

Official change to the calander:

What: Black Balsam camping/Annual Meeting
When: Friday Sept. 11-13, 2009 (Annual Meeting will be held at Aunt Sue's on Sat. 9/12)

Aunt Sue's will offer a buffet breakfast for us on Sat. morning at 10am but we must have at least 12 eating to make it worth while for the kitchen staff.

I'll edit as needed.

Just a little history from events in the area

UC Annual Meeting
Aug 27, 2005
Aug 19, 2006
Sept 29, 2007
Sept 20, 2008

GA Cruisers Beasley Bash (has always been the first weekend after Memorial Day)
Sept 7-9, 2007
Sept 5-7, 2008
Sept 12-13, 2009

LC Boil
Oct 3-5, 2008
Sept 25-27, 2009

ONSC has no big events going on.

From what I can tell there is not going to be a happy medium between the big 3 events unless the boil get's moved into Oct and the Annual being pushed to the next weekend. Everything just got compacted into one month and Memorial Day being so late this year didn't help. Not an easy thing to overcome.

I think you mean LABOR DAY. I had to read this twice to figure out why Memorial Day (last Monday of May) being so late had an effect on events in Sept. LOL!!

It's a little unorthodox, but couldn't the annual be held in Oct?

New plan:

The camping trip with delta will remain the same.

The Annual Meeting is moved back to Sept. 19th.

Very sorry for the confusion. The annual has been on the calander for quite some time and we've (BOD) have decided to keep with the original plan.

We'll make sure we do a better job next year. An email will be sent out shortly regarding the camping trip to Black Balsam as well as the annual. If you do not receive an email, please click here and update your contact info.
