Ralph Hayes Toyota Monthly Monthly Meeting Sat May 31st 5pm

Mmmmm BBQ. Just got a call from Rick. They are planning on having BBQ for everyone. So I'm gonna need a head count. Post up below how many are coming with you.

Sat May 31st at 5pm at Ralph Hayes Toyota in Anderson, SC.

Rick has lined up a good assortment of goddies as door prizes as well as some outside sponsors who will be donating things. Clemson 4wd and possibly Warn have stepped up to the plate as well as others around the area.

Mark your calendars.

I need a head count soon.

Same BBQ as last time. It was good. I'm saving mine for the BPS.

Dangit, we're out too. Already made plans for a cookout along the Chattahoochee that day. I was looking forward to seeing the RHT gang again. Although, I keep in touch with Rick on the phone for spare doors and such...

I'll be there along with my son. Also I talked with another member today (Claude Whaley) and he and his son should both be there with their cruisers.

Talked with Greg at Ralph Hayes yesterday. They have really gone all out for this event. There will be a bunch of stuff to raffle off. I GPS system and a Battery management /charger system. Those two alone are almost $800 dollars. Also they are erecting a giant tent for all of us to eat BBQ under. They have a new promotions person handling this. So expect it to be first class.

I've currently have 40 people confirmed for BBQ. If your coming you need to tell me now so we can have enough BBQ for everyone.

Please come and help show our support for RHT. They are our main sponsor and gone above and beyond to take care of us through the years.

Do we know if the Parts desk will be open for this event? I need to get the seal between the transfer case and the transmission, figure I might as well do it then.
