brake lines

Well I am on the hunt for flexible brake lines...Marshall is gonna send me the "cheap" website he found with cruiser parts, but we're not sure if they carry brake lines. I am probably gonna go with the stainless steel unless I come across a hell of a deal on the rubber ones. So if you've had to buy them or know of a place to get them from please chime in. Thanks for the info.

Chuck

Oh yeah and I will prob put a lift on in the near future so I will need the ones from the body to the frame to be a little longer.

I used the SOR stainless steel ones. They ain't cheap, but they
fit and are top quality. They sell extended ones. My old rubber ones
would swell like ballons under pressure and one finally "exploded"
going down the driveway. I bought some extended ones and I'm
happy with them. Get ready for a fight with the old ones. They won't
be happy to leave their beloved Cruiser. PB Blaster the day before will
not hurt your chances. Good luck! I also found that "reverse twisting"
the lines after attaching one end helps prevent twist bind when
attaching the last end. Kind of let it untwist as you tighten it so to speak.
results may vary.

How's about hooking us up with a link in this thread?
I know ya'll talked about it at the BBQ meeting at your place.
I couldn't believe they had free shipping for orders over $75.
Great find.

The Cline Company in G'Vegas is THE place.

They built me two braided lines for under $40 while I waited about 15 minutes. I belive their contact info is on the LOCAL SHOPS thread here.
