I'll start. UNC sucks in football. We could barely beat Furman this weekend.
But if we could just beat Clemson in a few weeks would make the year for me.

My team (Miami) sucks, too. Our season was over after FSU beat us. Glad to see Clemson beat FSU. That was a good game. Some bizarre plays.
Hats off to the Loisville Cardinals for beating my Canes.
Glad to see Notre Dame get stomped.

Go Dawgs! A true freshman QB who might be a #1 pick someday, and a schedule with the easier teams in the SEC West, FLA and Tenn not quite as tough as in the past. This might be a year we make a big move. Probably next year though after Stafford gets over the freshman jitters.
The GA / Clemson rivalry was the best game of the year back in the 80's... I miss it. Now I actually pull for Clemson in the ACC. Great game this weekend!

UNC has little chance this coming weekend they couldnt even beat traditional football power rutgers. The acc is down cause it lost so many people to the draft this past yr it will pick back up though. I'm ready for Wake, redemption will be ours.

You know I thought the UNC clemson game was the weekend of the 29th and since that was on the Blue Ridge parkway ride. Now that I know it's not I just may have to go to the game Sat.
Who's up for tailgating?
I'm sure Becca could get a couple tickets.

I loved the "100 Years War". It was awesome when they brought it back in the 90's. That was a great rivalry that hopefully can be resurrected on day.

Oh how the mighty have fallen...
Not that Danny Ford has ever seen a computer, much less used one but I'd bet he'd love that one.
You going to accept my invite and come see the game this year or is it not worth your time and a gimme game again???

I could be wrong, but I believe we are scheduled to play Georgia again some where in the 2010's.......... another home away series like we had a few years back.

Come on down Andy I have Yuengling on tap and a bigscreen to watch on. We'll be able to see every tear flowing from the eyes of the Wake Forest fans.
I hadn't heard anything about playing GA again anytime soon. I know we pick up Oklahoma in 2010 or 2011 for a couple years.

Dude, the game is being played an hour from here. Aren't confident enough to travel and see it in person (like last year)?
We have a good group going to the game. Pre-game drinking, eating good grub, tossing the pig skin and of course, smack talking.
I'll buy ya all the Yuengling you can drink...

Bring it on!! I usually fund the eats and drinks at home games anyways. More beer to go around is a good thing!!
As far as tickets go, this isn't Death Valley and game tickets are still available. Call 'em up, order your tickets and let's get in on!!

Also, it goes without saying but anyone hitting the road to head this way for the Wake vs. Clemson game (Sat. Oct. 7th) has a free place to stay either Fri or Sat or both. We already have some out of towners.
Capt. Jim - you'll have brethren here as one of my fraternity brothers / ex-Wake football players lives in Palm Beach - born and raised there.
Kickoff will most likely be 12:00 (Wake gets the primetime slots ) so pre-game partying starts ERRRRRR-LIE!
Bring it fellers!! Watch Spiller and Davis get decapitated by Abbate!!!

Road trip sounds pretty good.
Andy, cant decapitate what you cant catch. They will both be to far ahead for him to tackle. Not that he could get through the best line in the ACC anyway.

I can play...
I'm just glad to hear that the ACC is still playing football. I wasn't sure after looking at the top 25 this week.
Did Miami and Fla St bring down the ACC... or the other way around?
Is it "think out loud day"? I'm

Not to late to get on the bandwagon
Go Gamecocks! Man, did you guys get to see that
pay per view stomping we put on Wofford?
It's looking like another long fall in Cola town.
Po ol Gamecocks....dying the death of a thousand cuts.
Fla Atlantic is the next powerhouse we face.
Followed by Auburn.
Hey, we may not be the best, but we play some of the best.

ACC had more players drafted into the nfl then any other conference this past yr thats why they are down. We still have 4 teams in the top 25 though.
David that was a real whipping. I was thoroughly asleep when trying to watch that fast paced offense. On the funny side I have a USC/Ga joke I forgot to tell you before they played.
Theres a usc fan and a ga fan and they are driving down the rd, they see a goat with its head stuck in a fence, so they pull over and and they look at each other and they decide they should do something about it, so the ga fan goes up behind the goat and has his way with it, when he finishes he says to the usc fan its your turn, the usc fan walks over and stick his head in the fence.

You forgot the part about the Clemson grad who happened by and screamed
"RAPE!...you guys leave my girlfriend alone! She's a cheerleader and thought
she was helping the fencing team!"
