Something to consider:

Clemson has a very potent offense. They put 506 yards on the Tarheels. That is unprecedented. Unless you are Furman, who put up 539.

You can do just about anything with stats...

I do not have a vehement hate for USC like the Clemson guys do - it's an inferiority complex in most cases.

You're right though David, SEC football is fun to watch and attend. Neyland Stadium is up there with the best places to catch a game in college ball - period.

David dont even complain about Kenny Irons running all over you he was @ USC for a yr and you all blew it by not playing him so he transferred. You should blame Lou Holtz for Kenny Irons rushing all over you tonight. Well you could add you poor defense to that blame to.

Furman played their first team the whole game and needed that many yards to still lose. Clemson's offense is efficient we didn't have to waste a ton of yards to blow them out.

Kenny Irons was a cry baby while at USC.

He refused to go in a game that USC was blowing out.
He was 3rd string based on his performance while here.
He was 3rd string at Auburn until injuries opened the door
to playing time. Best of luck to him, but I still say
I'm glad he's gone. We've had our fill of prima donas at USC.
I wouldn't trade Boyd or Davis for him right now.
It's Auburn's O line that is the true star of their team.

man I usually don't boast much, but I am sorry I think we are a far more talented team than Wake Forest and I don't really see it being a close game, we have too much speed and talent for you......... who knows though

I think this thread should be limited to teams whose opponenets are in division 1 football. That said Andy you are not allowed to post until sun since Wake cant even play a D1 opponent.
