I have a 1978/79-era complete disk brake front axle for an FJ 40/55 that I obtained as part of my recent FJ 55 vehicle purchase. After much deliberation I have decided to keep the pig stock and repair the drum brakes. I need to recoup some of the cost of the new cylinders, shoes, drums, etc.
The kuckles are the large pattern. Though the differential has not been opened I checked with a couple of sources that say that the axle ratio is 3:70:1 (great for an on-road driver). The axle is in good shape but will need new seals, etc. I need to get it out of my local mechanic's shop and I don't have a place to store it right now - I am asking $500.00 OBO for it.
Call or email me if you are interested. Thanks.

Wedco Jerry Cans - Gas & Water
1) 2 Red Wedco Gas NATO Jerry Cans $30 each
Each comes with a spout. A little over a year old and been sitting in my garage since purchase except to fill up for last year's hurricane season. No hurricane so fuel went into my car. Cans have been sitting ever since. Pristine.
3 SOLD. 1 bartered for a 48oz. porterhouse from Noah. NOW DOWN TO 2 LEFT.
2) 4 Blue Wedco Water NATO Jerry Cans $30 each
Ordered from Expedition Exchange. Never ever used. Ever. They've been closed tight since I took them out of the box. Paid $40 each from EE plus shipping. Again, pristine.
First taker gets the water spout.
Pick up only. Shipping rates are gettin' up there and I don't feel like boxing these up. I live in Mt. Pleasant,SC off of Ben Sawyer Blvd. right before you head over to Sullivans Island.
PM me.

Isn't the tranny I sold, left at Alan's house, and then the guy never picked up, so we donated to club, still sitting at Alan's house? It was out of my 76 and shifted smoothly.
I have a 74 transition case needs rebuilding - paid $400 have on E-bay right now for $250 with not too many watchers and not a heck of a lot of inquiries...

'78 FJ40 Landcruiser
Need a new home for one of our favorite family members "Jezzabelle". A 1978 FJ40. She has 98,000 miles and is all original including the original 6 cyclinder engine. She is beautiful and runs great. A MUST SEE!!! $14,000 or best offer.
Our son is opening his own business and this is truly our sacrifice.
My wife has always said my cruiser "Jezzabelle" was her only competition and even she's going to miss her.
Feel free to Email me with any questions!
Hopefully the Pics came through

It's the same one! If I remember right, you have one that looks similar.
Know any good homes that would take good care of her for me?

I saw 'Jezzabelle' on Saturday. I live 1-2 miles from Ralph Hayes. Nice truck, WAY out of my price range in this phase of my life. It will make somebody happy.

4.56 gears for 7.5" Toyota Truck front end
I'm not sure what they're worth, but I have a 4.56 ring and pinion for a Toyota truck front end. I bought them (used) in hopes of swapping mine out, but never used them. I'm thinking they're worth ~$70. Let me know if anyone is intersted, I can send pics.

Jezzabelle does need a good home!
Hey Jon! Jon, Jezzabelle and family showed up last year AFTER the Ralph Hayes thing was ending. I had stayed around to tinker in the shop with my carb, and Jon pulls up in a great looking 40 (looked a lot like mine!)
If I recall, Jezzabelle has been in Jon's possession a long time, is a So. Carolina native (no road salt), and is a daily driver. Bone stock, if I recall. This one definitely needs to stay in the club.
Jon, I think you need to tell the group a little more about it, maybe some more digital shots, etc. I believe you put new tires on since last year?
