I'm looking for an exhaust manifold for a fellow MUD'r. Needs to go on a 2F - one or three piece would work. Needs to be in good shape - no cracks. Flapper can be frozen or weak as it will be replaced by a SOR plate.
I had two and was going to sell one but upon closer inspection neither are worth dookie.
Thanks

I think I have a three piece. I think it's in good shape. Price is right though. If I have it.

Unless you took the body completely off and had it dipped in a rust neutralizer and then a preventative. You have rust. Lots of it. Pigs don't rust from the outside in, they rust from the inside out. You cannot always see the rust until it's too late. Have you take the rockers off and looked inside? Have you looked in the front floorboard body mounts? Have you looked between the rear sill and the outer sheetmetal? Have you looked between the inner wheelwell and the outer sheetmetal? Have you looked inside between the roof and the A,B,C,D pillars? Have you taken off all the window rubber and removed the windows and looked around there? The list goes on and on. There is no such thing as minimal on a pig.

I don't like to gamble. The cause has got nothing to do with me not wanting to spend $50 dollars. Like I said maybe $20 or so. But $50 is out of my league.

For sale- shed
It is a gable roof design that is 10X10, grey color, shingles, one window in back, roof does not leak. Good for the "overflow" stuff from the attic or garage. Located in Simpsonville.
I have pictures and will attach them later if anyone is interested.
I am having another shed delivered and this one will be available in about 3 weeks. I asked the local shed builder for a fair price and he suggested $450-500 which seems fair, but I think $300 is a little bit more reasonable. Moving it can be arranged when mine is delivered for a fee.
Thanks,
Scott

Just a heads up to anyone.
Depending on where you live be prepared to spend about that in having it delivered. My parents moved and gave us their shed and it was about $300 to move it. We love ours and has proved itself very useful!

We gots big trucks - and we can probably borrow a trailer. A trailer w/ a winch might make moving a shed fairly easy if we get a few UC'rs together.

I tried this with a family friend and a big trailer first. We didnt have a winch, which I think was our #1 issue. After spending 2 days trying to load it and as tight as I am with $ I was willing to fork out $200-300 to get it done.

Hmmmm - sounds like if you don't have a winch then $2-300 is cheaper than hernia surgery.
Could we use a front mounted winch on a vehicle to pull the shed onto the trailer if the trailer was unhooked and the vehicle pulled up to the front of the trailer to get the winch in alignment?

Bottle jacks, blocks, lumber, and patience is your friend. No winches needed if you take your time. My brother-in-law lives in Simpsonville and I gave him a heads up to see if he was interested in it for you.

Gotta sell things to buy things, so here'ss my garage sale:
5 15x8 white wagon wheels - 3.25" backspacing. $125
1987 2F stock carb. was told it worked but ran rough when removed. Can't vouch for how it runs, but doesn't look dirty. Might be a good candidate to try and tune, or a good core. $25
1987 60 gutter chrome. not a complete set, but cheap. 6 pack of PBR and I'll throw in the snake blinders.

When I was building docks, I put a hitch on the front of the jeep and we pulled palleted boat lifts out of a semi and on to the trailer. Just un hooked, turned around , hooked it to the back and went to the job site.
Worked real nice. I've pulled cars onto the trailer that way too.

Any more response on the raffle? I would love to buy a ticket but funds are too tight.
I remember looking at that Pig when it was for sale (I think when you bought it). It looked nice. I would love to see it up close if you are ever around Greenville before it sells.
Best of luck to you in your trip. I highly respect what you are doing.

On the moving fee for the shed for sale, I have a phone call in to get a "what if"quote from the guy bringing mine. All he does is sell sheds so he is reasonable, and as long as he does not have to set it up the cost is not bad. I moved it with 4 4"x8' pvc pipes and pushed it around the yard with another person. Let him put it in the driveway put your wife in your LC and rotate the pipes as it rolls along! Works well.
Pictures coming,
Scott

My BIL is checking to see where he can put it at his house tonight. I will let you know if he is interested. I don't think he will need a mover though.

I have a set of 80 wheels, they came on my 62. I didn't like them because the back-spacing was wrong and they had to use 1/4" spacers so they wouldn't hit the tie rod.
Thicker wheels along w/ spacers = stripped studs.
They have a set of Goodyear workhorse 215/85/16 on them. 30 1/2 " tall but only about 6' wide. Almost new.
PM me or make offer. They are in my way now, I got a set of 10" chrome spoke, and I am getting a set of white spoke 8" from Carp this weekend.

Are they FZJ80 rims or the fj80 rims? I may be interested in them or some of them if they are the fzj ones depending on price.
