dbenke is trying to confirm...but if Doc is not able to do it...maybe we can find some place around Charleston to try and use...even if it is just a shed or old barn.
Hope you can make it up pat.

I'll call him right now. His cell phone doesn't work at his house anymore, but I've got his home #.
Just talked to Doc, he said he still doesn't have all the parts he needs, but would love to see everyone.
He'll have drinks and burgers for us. There are a couple of things we can do for him, but we can do Scott's front brakes and Ron's locker.I'll have my limited slip also, if we have time.
Anyone else have some small projects, we may be able to do them also.
Hope to see everyone there.
The address is 3900 Blackberry Ln. Sumter, SC.

I may have a fuel door latch to install if I can't figure it out myself... and adjust the kickdown cable. I know i've got a lot to do! Can't afford the front seals for the axles on the 80 and 4runner yet... That'll have to wait till later. CU guys this sunday!

I've got a conflict w/ an Eagle project in the morning.... I'll be there, but it will be in the early afternoon. We have a shop and lights, so we can work late, hell, last time I didn't get home until 5:00am....

Map of address.......it is in Sumter SC. I will be leaving Charleston between 7 and 8am if anyone wants to ride or follow. I will likely set up a tent in Docs yard like last time to sleep in and return Sunday morning to Charleston unless we get done at decent hour then will drive back to Charleston that evening.
3900 Blackberry Ln. Sumter, SC - Google Maps
I will help with whatever I can up there....can wait on help with locker or try it myself if it is truly so easy a Cave man can do it...LOL. I will bring some jack stands but Doc has a lift up there if it is working and lots of tools but never hurts to bring some of your own.
You going

Lift is working fine as are the other major tools air compresor i\etc, (latley it's just me not working very well) don't have a big cooler and don't have enough chairs tables etc so any of that kind of stuff throw it in. Should have both bays open for work on what ever as mine is now on wheels and can be rolled out for other work. See ya PM me for phone and map quest has the location so for non GPS users a simple map can be printed out. When you get to 3900 you will see a row of trees by the mailbox and two roads one on each side of the row of trees, the second is my driveway, im located behind the house fronting on blackberry lane.

Only danger in early is I might still be in the speedo as Brock requested. Other than that any time is good for me. Will have to make a run in for bun's for the burgers and tomatos and other fresh fixins. Except for supply runs I will be here all day Sat and Sun. Don't have a dedicated spring compressor but there are several pullers and tools that might work we'll see.
John my shop partner was not able to get the Ford F 150 back on it's wheels so only the lift bay is empty(BT is sitting outside)but with man power and lift I still think we can do most/all of the projects. See ya

I will bring jack stands and lift as well for backup.... with your lift and all the tools we should be okay. Think I will just drive 60 up as I dont want to only get back done on FJC and then have extra stiff in rear and medium in front and look all jacked up.

Oh crap. I just looked back on here... Unfortunately I'm still in Chatanooga and won't be back untill tomorrow night. 6 hour drive to Charlotte then 3 1/2 back to Chucktown. Sorry, but I will be in town for wrenching on Sunday if you still need a hand though. I have some things in store for my 80 then anyway.

Got home and the CV boot looks as clean as it did when I cleaned it at Doc's. I guess it is ok?
