Red FJ40 on Sullivan's

So.. a beautiful red 76 FJ40 that I've been trying to buy for ages has recently been sold. :( :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(
Huge bummer.... Hopefully one of you guys swiped it up. It was going dirt cheap.

I was going to wait to join yalls club until I got it. Oh well, I think its time.. Ive got two FJ40 projects I need to concentrate on.

:(

It was sold to a guy on Sullivans or it was on Sullivans?

There are a few nice 40's out here. I have seen the red one a few times. I think CCOT restored it years ago. Its a later model with square bezel.

This one was sold by a guy on sullivan's where the truck has been located for years. It was a pretty unmolested freeborn red 76 with 33's. This one was a rounded bezel, he NEVER drove it. It just sat there waiting to be eaten up by rust. I'm hugely dissapointed in not being able to buy it. With returning to school in mind, I just couldn't drop the extra cashflow.

I've seen so many really nice 40's on sullivan's since I've been heading there. A really nice hunter green with stock stance in front of Poe's a bunch of times, a badass maroon one down the street, another green one towing a massive boat a couple of times, a gunmetal built one that's lives on the island somewhere, and all of your trucks Mooker. And that's just on the island.. FJ40s seem to be everywhere in Charleston. The majority of them I've seen are extremely well done (aside from that one off 17). Much much different than Columbia.
