Are you guys ever going to have meetings during the week? If not, I probably won't ever be able to be involved. My weekends are reserved for the family since I work out of town 5 days/nights a week.

A mon. or wed. night get together would be cool. If the monthly can't happen then, I will just try to start another meeting maybe once a month during the week. I think a meeting on the last wed. of every month would be cool to meet at like a Sonic somewhere and show off all the cruisers.

What ya think?

Hwy 61 is also known as Ashley River Road.... If you take 526 West and exit onto Hwy61 South......Home Team will be on your right near where the new road merges with old Hwy61.....near Crab Shack and Kingston Tobacco I do believe.

Wed or Thu best for me.......after we stabilize our membership numbers and get good handle on locations, commutes, hours, etc.....we can figure it out but a weekday is going to keep our long distance members out.....so maybe alternate Saturday and Wed/Thu each month.

All depends on how many members we have in Charleston, Beaufort, Dirty Myrtle, etc......so I would like upper and lower coastal members to sponsor a meeting near them or somewhere in between once or twice a year as well....to spread the wealth.

You guys keep the thoughts coming and keep notes for yourselves to bring up for new business the next meeting.....as David and I have our heads swimming already with ideas and stuff we are knee deep in.

thanks for ideas and support.

The only out of towners would be Greg French, and Greenseaman. Greg is out of school, so he might be able to make a weekday, but not sure about Greenseaman. I am an out of towner on the weekend, with no intention to drive back to Charleston after being here all week.

I wouldn't want to restructure anything for one person obviously, just looking for a way that I can meet up with you guys. It might just have be to do some mid-week wrenching or something. Which would be cool with me.

It looks like tues. is out officer numero uno. And officer numero dos says do it wed. or thur. Since tues. and thur. are out for me until next semester, how about a wed. evening meeting?

Jeremy

What about having a meeting in Gerogetown, it's fairly close and up for charleston crew down for Dirty Myrtle bunch, we should consider it, any way the big tuna bar and grill on the river is one of my favorite rides with the ladies. Romantic and the food is great. Just an Idea.

yep......our July meeting could be in Georgetown for sure. Also, though we only have a couple out of towners now I am hoping we pick up some new members in the next couple months....so what we have now will surely grow.

See you guys at BBQ on 28th...

Let's address this at June meeting. I'm not opposed to going to g'town or MB for a meeting. It,s only fair.

All that sounds good. I wasn't trying to change the dynamics of the meeting location, just the days a little. But if all you guys want to come to MB to meet with Greg and myself, go for it. I am sure some of you can find something to do up here while you are here.

Jeremy

Ah all the places I'll need single bills for whoops, nevermind.

No i don't think you ran the wife off for good! Mrs. Fish on broadway would be good for a MB meeting! plenty of parking and good food. Probably can't make midweek in chas. but thats cool!

Just thought I would update with a reminder for the monthly meeting this Saturday at Hometeam BBQ in West Ashley (Hwy 61 aka Ashley River Road) at 6pm....

Lots to discuss....some things to hand out...etc. Make a point of finding another Landcruiser around town and make this a BRING A FRIEND opportunity.

See you Saturday rain or shine...

Hometeam BBQ is the shit! To those to haven't had it yet, you are in for a treat. It's addictive, and don't be afraid to try one of there wraps.
