Here is the finished design! Who do I send it to now? PM me an address. (She still has to do the "Toyota" on the grill, but her special pen for that is at work)

Do you have email or phone number for guy in resto FJ40 that does graphics work and said he could do the color separation in proper files for transfer to screens for printing?

The icon says I've posted here but I couldn't find it. At any rate I want to come and I've had it on the calendar for months. What do I need to confirm or reserve?
That would be two adults (age-wise), one FJ Cruiser and a tent.

Bill we are nailing down the money issue. Once that happens Gehn will create a registration page.

So from what I can tell if we do $40 per person that would cover registration. I would think t-shirts would be around $15. Need to take into account the designer and the person doing the t-shirt order should get a t-shirt as well as any people who donate for a raffle so we will need to build in some cost for that as well as a few extras to hold through the year. If LC is comfortable with those numbers I'll go ahead and get it going. But I need input. This is your show. I'm just trying to help you move it along as fast as I can.

I think that would cover it. go ahead and do the registration page.

Also, there has been some talk about some fishing charters. I can call and get prices, but need to know what kind of fishing. (i.e. inshore, offshore, flats) I will go ahead and get some prices together. If you want to go, PM me and we'll get it lined up.

All charters, (i.e. inshore, offshore, flats) it depends on the price and who all wants to go. I wouldn't mind doing an offshore charter, but we would need atleast 4 people to keep cost down. I can probably commit myself and one other to either an inshore or offshore charter if someone else is interested.

As always when I say I am in, it is a tentative, based on the animals at the farm and my employees at my job

I have an industrial SS grill, made by star, some where in the 30x30 range, it has removable legs and wheels,,, see this link 30in Outdoor Char-Broiler, S/S - Restaurant Equipment at KaTom Restaurant Supply I can bring this, it might be over kill or be perfect depending on how many people show up,,LMK, heck even if I dont come you guys can borrow it as long as I get it back on sunday or monday, I have to use it the following weekend for our city fall festival,,,,

I would be in for a shirt, and some kind of fishing on a boat I dont really cary what kind as long as I am in or on water and casting a line (catching sea creatures/fish would be nice but is not required--Ill do a different kind of catching if I have to!!)

I might rent a cabin as i have bad memories of sand in my shorts,,,and like a shower after being in the salt water,,

well it is on my calendar, I will rejoin the UC soon, ill check back in a few days/weeks

GF's welcome?

GF's welcome?

Bob it's good to hear from you. Anyone is welcome as long as they are with a UC member or a TLCA member.

Just for some of you who are new Bob is an old school UC member who has been slack in paying his dues. But that has never been an issue. Cause Bob cooks. Bob cooks very well. Having a chef at the boil would kick things up about 10 notches on the food scale.

Bob you might look in some of the early threads in this post. There are some cheap condos that are about a mile from camp. That is where Becca and Josie are staying.

since nobody else is stepping up....even though I am still in middle of selling shirts from last order and stuff....

send me the file for artwork....i will shop it around three places here in Charleston and get prices for shirts. Here is what I need you guys to tell me:

1- How many shirts and what color
2- What sizes with number of each
3- Date you need shirts completed
4- How to handle payments for shirt vendor

I would rather someone else take the money and orders...I can do leg work for shirts and get quotes but need someone else to actually handle orders and finalizing with company selected.

I'd stick with white.

Sample order would be around 40
thats
5 sm
5 med
10 lg
15 xxl
5 xxxl

All shirts xl and below should be one price. XXXL shirts will be a dollar or so more.

Most do in lots of 12. So I'd just ask for how much per 12 additional.

Our last order of 54 shirts ran around $420. That was front and back two color. That was around 8 a piece. I'd suspect 4 color to be more.

Sept 30 completion date with us stopping shirt orders 10 day prior. That way we can take orders and money for them at the annual as well as online.

UC will pay. I have the Club Credit Card and can call whom ever you pick and pay.

Thanks for taking the lead on this. I can send you the LC logo also. Are you planning on doing the color seperations?

Why the preference for white? Colored shirts just seem to last so much longer. I'm cool with anything, but white would not be my first choice.

yeah i would not say white either....i would say a tan or beige would be good....while still being light colored to not absorb sun so much.

i know black is more expensive as are some of the popular earth tones like sage, burnt sienna, etc....but will get two or three examples and prices when I do the inquiries.

I like beige or tan, does not show the dirt as much, but I just ordered shirts for my company and he said the tan/beige are harder to get, he thinks the military are sucking them all up

Ill wear just about anything

My reason for the vote for white was it's easier to design for. Black your gonna have to add another color and it's hard to get anything to look good for.

That being said I'm up for any earth tone color. Beige would be good since one version of the logo has it already in it.

My vote is for white and beige. If only one, beige it is.

I think a sand beige is very appropriate for this T shirt.
Heck I'd buy two in Clemson Orange. Anyone who knows me
would understand the significance of THAT statement.
It's a way cool design. Kudos!
