I've got a Warn 8274 works great no issues from the early to mid 80s as I can tell. No cable, includes roller fairlead, remote, and a shabby cover.

Weight about 115lbs

I want $650 OBO or trade for a XD9000

After dealing with 2 used car deals and a million flakes I am looking for easy, fast transaction, first with the cash to me gets the part FTF transactions will get a first look due to the obvious. I am not a shipping company FEDex or UPS so please try and do some of your own due dilligence and use some common sense on the shipping issues. I can take this to any shipping company in Bakersfield, Ca. 93301 for free!
Shipping is on your dime. I will try to be as accomodating as I can resonably.

Payment, Paypal is a possibility you pay the fees, cashiers check,or USPS money order as well as cash FTF.

Fedex will ship a 15x12x20" box that weighs 115lbs to Washington for $75

you've got a fair offer above...fully loaded old 8274s in colo run $350 to $450. you're not shipping cable which would run about $100, so imho say mopar guys offer is fair.

I have seen those winches go for more than he was offered on ebay. It's a nice winch...
