cool, I will keep you all posted. some great progress was made this past weekend on the new design, I'll be making an SLA prototype this week just to confirm fit, then it's off to cut steel.
That's right, these will be "second generation" ARB clears.. If you read the whole thread here you know the first generation lenses have been cast urethanes. But the second gens will be from automotive grade injection molded clear Lexan.. so they will have higher HDT's, also should be a little clearer too. I'll post up a pic of the prototype I make later this week, and will keep you all updated on the progress. Hey, quit bumping old threads!!! j/k... guys, I am still working on this, but progress is super slow. It all comes down to money, and getting the timing right to pop for about $4k in tooling, plus parts. I'm hoping that sales of some of my other cheaper stuff (which, to be honest, I haven't really marketed) will allow me to build up the cushion necessary to finance something with a 2 year roi, like these lenses. So it's all on me, I still want to do it, just need to get some more things implemented then get it done. I appreciate your patience..

I do appreciate the update though. I found clear turn signal lenses that I've modified to retrofit some hide-away red LEDs. So the "standard" orange ARB lights will work out fine in conjunction with the "disco" mod. I will keep my eyes peeled though, in case you do come out with the clear lens covers and I'm still monkeying around with my config (likely).
