depending on frame size and components, and we know the year, but I don't remember the Caad, probably a Caad2... but stock a 54 would be around 24 lbs (i may be wrong).

Year is good, they were handmade by quality aluminium welders in the usa.
I had a caad 3 r300 and it was on of my favorite bikes, unfortunately I got it stolen.
depending on price and color scheme and componentry.... maybe I could advice you more if you gave me those details.

I'd guess around twenty pounds. Wheels can make a big difference in weight, though. My circa 1979 Reynolds 531 bike, 23" frame (about 59 cm c-t), weighed 23 pounds. That was a tank compared to my 1993ish Cannondale with aluminum fork, a rough riding pos. I could go weigh that one if you really wanted to know. It may weigh 23 pounds with the dust it's been collecting the last 10 years as I moved on to better riding/handling bikes.
