Go to a truck place and get real clamps, those radiator clamp suck for turbo piping i had the same problem

It doesn't have a inter cooler I just order the pipe kit cause it looks have enough stuff to plumb both my turbo swaps

hopefully the intercooler piping kit will come with the good 'T' clamps too.. I think that's what they're called, sounds good anyway

Order T clamps from ebay. Never had even the cheapest ones break on me and they only cost a couple bucks each.

Ok fixed leaks one and two runs a little better and pyro goes to 6.5 under load can I or should I turn up the fuel ??? It never blows black smoke ... I do still have a small turbo to manifold leak I'm sure I should fix that before turning up anything ... Gaskets are on order

If the manifold gasket doesn't have a metal ring reinforcing the center it can easily errode and blow out. The simple fiber ones don't handle the abuse for very long. Good thing is a nice one is cheap. Bad thing is it's a pain in the butt to change, but well worth it. Diesel exhaust is toxic by the way. Ask Lou Gehrig.
