The new date: Saturday, May 16th
The meeting will start at 1pm
New Location: Henningsen Lotus Park
Address: 950 Lotus Road
Lotus, CA 95651
https://www.edcgov.us/Government/Parks/Henningsen_Lotus_Park.aspx
At the meeting we will have:
· FOTR updates and projected work needs
· Adopt-A-Trail updates including 2015 projects
· USFS updates
· Possible guest speaker
· Trail Boss nominations
· Awards presented by RTF
· A steak dinner provided by RTF
It is strongly recommended that you bring your favorite camp chair and you may want to bring your easy up in case we cannot all fit in the pavilion. Beer is allowed in moderation in the park, but not in glass containers.
Please reply with your RSVP by May 1st. Include a comment as to how many adults and children will be joining us for dinner! If you would rather not have the information on Facebook, you can email Eric Agee at firemedic@wildblue.net or call him at 530-401-0800.
We request that you send a new RSVP even if you had replied to the earlier event since individual circumstances may have changed. We would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding in the need to reschedule the event.
There are several options for camping in the area. Here are three of them:
American River Resort http://www.americanriverresort.com/
Camp Lotus http://www.camplotus.com/Welcome.html (does not allow dogs)
Ponderosa Resort http://www3.resortparks.com/xap/nwb/MR010?resort=139 (no site website found)
