Ok, just measured ~82" - 83"

Its hard to be exact with all of the variables (ground levelness, roof line, angle, etc. Its somewhere between those 2 numbers though.

well my wife is not to hot on the lift, she can no longer reach the rear hatch once it's open to close it)) not kidding! guess I'll tie a little rope on it for her!

put the suspension through another beating, still loving it! We did everything from slow crawling to some high speed stuff(high speed for this old man off road is 30 to 40mph) At speed the first thing I noticed is way more control over the large bumps

, the bouncing and loss of steering from the stock suspension is all but gone! The wife's feedback is as follows("well you lost the money ride on the street that we had, but offroad it handles way better")))

Quick update:

I have about 2000 miles on my Foam Cell Pros so far, and I am really liking them.

I will say that after 2000 miles, they have begun to settle a bit, so I am going to adjust the struts to get them back to where I want them.

Unfortunately, IronMan has not released a spanner wrench in the US yet, so the only way I am going to be able to adjust them, is to take them off and do it the old fashioned way with a strut compressor. LT at MetalTech did say that IronMan was currently developing a cheap spanner wrench for the struts, but there is no ETA on when that will be. Just FYI to anyone looking at this system. My advice would be to over tighten your springs to account for the settling, that way, you wont have to fool with them again.

I went with Slee's UCA's... I'm working on getting the wife into some high heels I would say the 2 inces is vary conservative, even after settling I'm proly over the 2 inch mark and have plenty of adjustment still left in the front coils...

I wonder if a generic spanner wrench, or a spanner from Radflo, Icon, etc., would work? Hopefully they used a common collar size for the strut ring.

Yup, @RTaylor , you are right.

I had been texting @kreiten back and forth earlier this week, and he had taken his 200 to @torfab to get his struts tightened. He told me that Torfab used a Snap-On industrial brand of adjustable pin spanner wrench, so I got on Amazon and found the same one on Amazon

Sure enough, I got it in 2 days and went to town as soon as it came in. It takes a VERY long time to get the springs adjusted; lots of force is required (had to use a 14" cheater bar) and the threads are SUPER fine, so each adjustment only moves the spring very little.

After spending at least an hour or so on each spring, I was able to adjust the struts to a point where I felt satisfied. I am not sure as to how much lift I have gained, as I did not take a measurement from stock, but I can tell you it made a very big difference. From talking to @pdxlc200 , it would seem that I have gained approximately 3.5" over stock. It is just about leveled out now; the rears are still sitting about 1" higher than the front, but it is barely noticeable. I know I could easily get it COMPLETELY leveled if I would just install the OE 10mm spacers from @beno , but after the ordeal I went through with the KDSS relocation brackets, I am afraid to take my struts off, because I am afraid I would never be able to get everything back together again!

Heck no there is not enough room. There IS enough room to get the spanner on though and rotate the ring about 1/8th of a turn. You can do 1/8th at a time (it took me about 40 minutes per spring) until you get the tension/height you want. Its a pain, but it is possible.

That's what I thought. So you just used the square drive for more leverage, not so you can use the ratchet feature.
