You guys think a paintless dent guy can fix this?

The dent is quite deep. I don't think a rubbing compound can do the trick. Maybe you can use a body filler to repair the dent.
 
no, A PDR guy won't be able to get all of that out.
 
That is kind of what I'm hoping. Someday the whole truck will be painted. At that point it can be fixed with a hammer and dolly, right? Or should I start looking for a new door?
 
This is just me, but I'd smack it with a hammer a few times and try to make it less apparent. When a dent is on a bend like that you can't just pop it out. Find some paint similar and cover the repair. My .02
 
pin gun, body hammer and a torch, repaint and blend color.. its white so blending wont be bad.. with it being on a crease like that it wont want to come out easy. also land cruiser sheet metal is a bit to thick for paintless dent removal...
