Round grommet style...
Looking to R&R the fixtures on the Studebaker trailer and keep them small and out of harm's way. This would be the ticket, but think there may be some DOT regulation that thinks otherwise when searching...
Coming up empty.

I think you'd have to look at GROTE round marker lights. I think to keep small, then use two lights, one a marker, the other as signal.

Was on the same quest myself not long ago. Gave up on rubber torsion mount smaller than 4" having both functions. Ended up with a typical trailer light looking light that is LED. Went looking for the link and didn't find it.
