yup, or even sort of a light greenish tint, the ones I've seen.

My father in law got one of these this weekend too. It was his dad's, found it while cleaning out his shed (he passed away last year). Still had something clamped in it that he was working one before he died. Cleaning out his dad's stuff was tough for me, can't imagine how tough it was for him. He also had a baby bullet in the garage. It was cool... now I want one.
 
Got this Wilton when I bought my welder. Pic doesnt do it justice, its a big one. I use it everyday.

when it comes to vices, the bigger the better, no doubt! :)

Got meself an old Prentiss. A big sucker. Not sure what vintage but same were $12.50 in 1908. That's equivalent to over $300 now based on CPI. Not too bad actually given what a good US-made ductile iron vise costs these days (downright scary).
