Value of 1972 FJ40 w/ Pics (1 Viewer)

Hello all,

I am looking to sell my 1972 FJ40. Has a 350 with a T-Tranny as well. Soft top, but includes hard doors and sides but no hard top. Just got a tune-up, slight oil leak (one drop every 3-4 days). Engine has 5,000 miles on it and so does the tranny. Hooker headers. Just had the following done:

Tightened up the steering
New Master Cylinder for Brakes
Lights and new Horn
Seat Belt upgrade in the front (lap and shoulder)
Fix water leak from windshield to cabin
Had winch checked out and works well
4x4 works well

Any idea? Thanks in advance.

Also forgot to mention has power steering as well.

Does it have disks up front and where are you located?

No its drum front and back and located in Louisiana.

Also 36" Super Swampers with a 3" Lift. I can barely clear my garage after making a few modifications

I would pay around $8,000 if the body is not too molested and minor rust but I am biased and prefer chevy engines in 40s. I am not a huge fan of the auto tranny unless it is pure rocks or mud. The drums and lack of a hard top is a bummer.
