samsung video ad (1 Viewer)

I normally dont get ads anymore like this, is this correct behavior? I was sending a PM and this popped up.

Ads like that are NEVER approved on my end, but unfortunately will occasionally sneak through...I'll try and chase down the offending network and get the ad blocked.

Today I am getting the same Dodge Journey banner ad on every mud page I go to. Normaly that would be ignorable but it has an imbedded video/ audio that autoplays after ten seconds.

I just realized what is happening. The video doesn't autoplay but is a "hover to watch video" Everytime I navigate across the banner, it starts up.
