Searching a specific forum (1 Viewer)

With the migration to the new forum, did we lose the ability to do a Google search like:

air intake hose site:forum.ih8mud.com/80-series-tech

Where I would only get results for an 80? It returns "no results" but I'm thinking it's not because of the search string.

That search string in Google no longer works. Use the built-in forum search.

is there a way to search within a specific thread? I am looking for some info in a thread that currently has over 500 posts.
other than clicking through all 25 pages and using the "ctrl f" function.

When I'm reading this thread and select "search", the popup box includes the option to search just this thread.

I know, too easy...
